湖南安化黑茶被認(rèn)定為中國國家地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品，安化千兩茶是安化黑茶的主要品類之一。

Hunan Anhua dark tea is recognised as the National Geographic Indication Products of China. Anhua Qianliang tea is one of the main categories of Anhua dark tea.

其茶樹生長在海拔1000米以上安化的山區(qū)，土壤肥沃、氣候濕潤。

The tea trees grow in the mountainous area of Anhua at an altitude of more than 1,000 metres, with fertile soil and humid climate.

千兩茶是以棕片、箬葉為包裝，經(jīng)過蒸、灌、絞、壓、捶、滾、箍等幾十道工序才加工成型。

Qianliang tea is packed with palm flakes, Indicalamus Leaf. It is processed and shaped through dozens of procedures, such as steaming, filling, twisting, pressing, pounding, rolling, and hooping.

其制作的核心加工工藝是七人小組踩制法，身穿馬褂布衫的七位杠爺所使用的工具有木棒、木錘、木棍。整個制茶過程均為純手工制作。

The core production process of the Qianliang tea is the seven-member team stepping method. The tools used by the seven tea masters dressed in Mandarin jacket are all wooden sticks, hammers, and rods. The entire tea production process is handmade.

千兩茶茶性溫和，是炎炎夏日的祛濕消暑佳飲。

Qianliang tea has a mild taste. It is considered to be a nice drink to dispel dampness and eliminate summer heat.
